Job description:
- Dealing with Financial organizations, Banks, Lenders, Prospective buyers and investors.
- Valuation and Analysis of loan assets for acquisitions.
- Carrying out legal and financial due diligence
- Developing Strategies for Restructuring, Sale of business (M&A), Sale of assets, Settlement etc for resolutions for NPLs & NPAs.
- Negotiations with promoters, managements, selling bank etc
